Website Privacy Statement

Epion Consulting is committed to protecting your personal data.  This document explains how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use this website.  Website privacy is one aspect of our broader Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which you can access here.

What data do we collect and how?

We collect the following data

  • Personal identification information: your name, email address, telephone number and any other identifying information you provide when completing our ‘Let’s Talk’ contact web form

  • Personal identification information: your email address and any other information you provide when you register and login on our Blog pages

How do we store your data?

We store your data on our company computer systems in Oxfordshire in encrypted form, and in Cloud-based back-up provided by Microsoft.  Epion Consulting’s cyber security practices are reviewed annually to achieve Cyber Essentials certification.

 

Unless you ask us to remove your data, we will retain it for five years or until you cease to have active contact with Epion Consulting.  At that point we will delete your data from our live systems.

How do we use your data?

We will use your data to contact you with information about our services, with our perspectives on Business Change, and with other content we believe may be of interest to you.

 

We will not pass your data to any other organisation (other than for storage as above) unless required to do so by law.

 

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

 

What are your data protection rights?

Epion wants to make sure that you are aware of your broader data protection rights.  You have the following rights:

  • The right to access:

  • The right to rectification

  • The right to erasure

  • The right to restrict processing

  • The right to object to processing

  • The right to data portability

Changes to this statement

This statement is reviewed and (as appropriate, updated) annually, the most recent review and update being 2nd September 2020.  The policy is approved at Director level, with the Director being responsible for its application.
